Ο Εθνικός Διαγωνισμός Δεξιοτήτων SkillsCyprus είναι βασισμένος στο πρότυπο του Ευρωπαϊκού Διαγωνισμού Euroskills, ο οποίος διοργανώνεται από τον Ευρωπαϊκό Οργανισμό Worldskills Εurope (WSE). Στόχος του Διαγωνισμού είναι η προσέλκυση περισσότερων νέων στα τεχνικά επαγγέλματα και η αναβάθμιση της επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης και των επαγγελματικών δεξιοτήτων.
Ο Διαγωνισμός αυτός αποτελεί μια εξαιρετική ευκαιρία για νέους και νέες, μέχρι 25 ετών, να δοκιμάσουν τις δεξιότητές τους σε πραγματικές συνθήκες διαγωνισμού, να αποκτήσουν πολύτιμη εμπειρία, να γνωρίσουν επαγγελματίες του κλάδου και να διεκδικήσουν συμμετοχή στον Ευρωπαϊκό Διαγωνισμό Euroskills, που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Düsseldorf της Γερμανίας μεταξύ 22 και 26 Σεπτεμβρίου 2027.

Ο 9ος Εθνικός Διαγωνισμός Δεξιοτήτων SkillsCyprus 2026 θα διεξαχθεί στο χώρο της Κρατικής Έκθεσης στη Λευκωσία, από τις 29 έως την 31η Οκτωβρίου 2026, θα είναι ανοικτός για επισκέπτες/επισκέπτριες και θα καλύψει περίπου 20 ειδικότητες.

Η προθεσμία υποβολής αιτήσεων είναι μέχρι τις 31/5/2026.

Το Κέντρο Παραγωγικότητας του Υπουργείου Εργασίας και Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων διοργανώνει τον 9ο Εθνικό Διαγωνισμό Δεξιοτήτων SkillsCyprus 2026, ο οποίος τελεί υπό την αιγίδα του Προέδρου της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας κ. Νίκου Χριστοδουλίδη.

Ο Διαγωνισμός αποτελεί τη μεγαλύτερη διοργάνωση δεξιοτήτων στην Κύπρο και σου δίνει την ευκαιρία να διαγωνιστείς σε 22 ειδικότητες, να αναδείξεις το ταλέντο σου και να διεκδικήσεις τη συμμετοχή σου στον Ευρωπαϊκό Διαγωνισμό EuroSkills 2027 στη Γερμανία.

The University of Nicosia, in collaboration with more than 200 international academic partners, is taking part in a global research initiative titled Students’ Perception of ChatGPT.

The rapid growth and adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) tools have underscored the need to better understand how ChatGPT influences higher education students’ experiences, learning practices, and expectations. This international study seeks to explore how students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds perceive and use ChatGPT in their daily academic activities.

All higher education students are invited to participate by completing a brief online questionnaire. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Participation is entirely voluntary, and all responses are collected anonymously. Students are kindly asked to indicate “University of Nicosia” as their current institution of study for this semester.

This research is supported by the Slovenian Research and Innovation Agency through the Research Programme of the Faculty of Public Administration, University of Ljubljana (Grant No. P5-0093). It has also been approved by the Cyprus National Bioethics Committee (Approval No. ΕΠ 2023.01.318).
